Loc Ha had completed the Master degree of Civil Engineering at University of Sydney and ‘class II division I’ honour for his bachelor degree. He also got dean medal and excellent award of the course and published one paper in 4th International Conference on Steel & Composite Structures in Sydney in 2010.   Before coming back to Vietnam, Loc Ha had worked at Robert Bird Group (Sydney) which is a leading international engineering firm with some key projects of Dubai International Airport (Dubai), Heathrow Terminal Five (London) and Four Seasons Regency (Jakarta). At the time at Robert Bird, he has been involved in project of M2 motorway expansion (Sydney) and Arial Tower (Mumbai). In the late 2011, he came back to Vietnam and took the role as Vice director of business and foreign in SBTV company.
