The project consists of 04 building blocks, each block has 07 floors with the total height of 27.45 m. The construction area is 1.347m2 and floor area is 9591 m2.

Each building includes 109 apartments (62m²/ apartment).

This project is implemented to supply the demand of accommodation for low-income residents. Each block has 02 elevators of 1000 kg  and 03 stairs. There are also fire-fighting systems, lightning rod…
